The story of send : missing chapters ?

I've just watch Google's story of send, it's a great story, but I think they must have messed up something when putting it online, there are two chapters I could not find :

• the one where they scan the email contents to profile users
• the one where they hand over the american authorities the keys to the backdoor

Or maybe it's just a bug in my browser that made me miss those. But it's strange though : I've used Chromium.
